About Jibon

I understand production because I started inside the work.

My background is in WordPress development and website design. Before discussing agency partnerships, I was working through the briefs, layouts, revisions, and technical details that determine whether a website is ready to deliver.

Perspective, shaped by production

The experience behind my approach.

My early independent work involved building websites for businesses and agencies. Later, team leadership gave me a wider view of coordination, feedback, capacity, and delivery.

Those experiences taught me to look beyond whether a website can be built. The useful questions are what the work requires, who owns each decision, and whether the delivery arrangement fits.

Today, I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of Softvole, where I focus on agency partnerships and business direction.

The reason for Softvole

Good client relationships need dependable production.

Why I co-founded Softvole.

An agency can have strong client relationships and creative direction while still needing help with production. Softvole provides WordPress production behind the agency’s brand. The agency retains its client relationship while our team handles the agreed delivery responsibilities.

My role today.

I lead agency partnerships and business direction. Shuvo Sarker, my co-founder, leads operations and service delivery.

Partners should know who owns the relationship, who coordinates production, and how questions are resolved.

Working principles

What matters in a partnership.

01

A useful brief before a confident promise.

A design file or page count is a starting point. The working brief should also cover behaviour, inputs, decisions, and acceptance.

02

Honest conversations about fit.

The right arrangement depends on your projects and how your team works. Open questions belong in the conversation before the proposal.

03

Respect for your client relationship.

Your agency retains its client-facing role, pricing, and presentation. Communication boundaries are agreed for the engagement.

04

Clear responsibility when something needs attention.

Review ownership, escalation routes, and handoff responsibilities should be understood by both teams.

Bring the brief, the intended deadline, and anything that hasn’t been decided yet. We can start by working out what production will require.
